Where do I find my tracking number?
It’s in your shipping confirmation email, sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
I haven’t received a tracking number yet.
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before shipping. If it’s been longer than that, email us at contact@colvaskin.com and we’ll check on it.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days.
This is normal during transit — scans can pause for several days between checkpoints. If there’s no movement for more than a week, get in touch and we’ll investigate.
How long does delivery take?

My package says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbours and around your delivery area first — carriers sometimes mark parcels early. If you purchased Shipping Protection, email us with your order number and we’ll replace or refund it.
